Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de un compuesto de fórmula: **fórmula** o una de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, que comprende los procedimientos de introducir R3 y -CH2CH2R4 en el grupo amino de un compuesto **fórmula** donde el procedimiento de introducir R3 comprende la reacción con R10COOH o uno de sus derivados haluro de ácido, éster o éster activado, donde R10 es hidrógeno, metilo o etilo, seguida de reducción de la amida resultante; y donde el procedimiento de introducir - CH2CH2R4 comprende la reacción con R11COOH o uno de sus derivados haluro de ácido, éster o éster activado, donde R11 es **fórmula** donde R1 y R2 se eligen independientemente entre hidrógeno, hidroxi, halógeno, alcoxi C1-2, tioalcoxi C1-2 y alquilo C1-3; oR1 y R2 tomados juntos forman un puente metilendioxi o etilendioxi; R3 es alquilo C1-3; R4 se elige entre **fórmula** donde Y es O o S, R6 es hidrógeno, metoxi ohalógeno y m es 0 o 1; R5 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-3, fenilo o fenilo sustituido donde elanillo de fenilo está sustituido con uno, dos o tres sustituyentes elegidos independientemente entre alquilo C1-3, halógeno, hidroxi, alcoxi C1-2, amino y tioalcoxi C1-3; seguida de reducción de la amida resultante.
