SE DESCRIBE UN METODO PARA LA PREPARACION DE BETA INTERLEUKIN-1 HUMANO RECOMBINADO (BETA HLL-1) EN FORMA HOMOGENEA, SIN ENDOTOXINAS Y CON UNA ACTIVIDAD ESPECIFICA DE AL MENOS 1 X 10 A LA 8 UNIDADES POR MG. MEDIANTE LA PURIFICACION, EN UN UNICO PASO CROMATOGRAFICO, DE EXTRACTO DE CELULAS SOLUBLES OBTENIDAS DE CELULAS DE BACILOS TRANSFORMADAS POR UNA MOLECULA DE DNA, COPIABLE, RECOMBINADA CON EXPRESION CONTENIENDO EL GENE, EL CUAL CODIFICA LA PROTEINA. BETA HLL-1 PURIFICADA DE ESTE MODO SE PUEDE USAR PARA SIMULAR EL SISTEMA INMUNOLOGICO DE UN PACIENTE, COMO ADYUVANTE EN UNA VACUNA, PARA LA ACTIVACION O REPARACION DE MECANISMOS EN CASO DE TEJIDOS DAÑADOS, O EN TERAPIA HUMANA PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE DEFECTOS DE AUTO INMUNIZACION.
