LA RESINCRONIZACION DE UN INTERVALO (FS) SOBRE UN INTERVALO DE REFERENCIA (FR) SE PRODUCE POR MEDIO DE UN CIRCUITO REGULADOR DE FASES, QUE POSEE UNA DETERMINADA AMPLIFICACION DE BUCLE. SI ESTA AMPLIFICACION ES GRANDE, LAS DIFERENCIAS DE FRECUENCIA ENTRE EL INTERVALO Y EL INTERVALO DE REFERENCIA NO SOBREEXCITAN AL DISCRIMINADOR DE FASES DEL CIRCUITO REGULADOR DE FASES DURANTE EL PROCESO DE ESTABILIZACION. LOS SALTOS DE FASE, SON TRANSMITIDOS CASI SIN AMORTIGUACION HACIA EL VERIFICADOR DEL INTERVALO. EL NUEVO PROCEDIMIENTO POSIBILITA REGULAR DESPACIO EL SALTO DE FASES QUE SE PRODUCE EN LA RESINCRONIZACION DE UNA CENTRAL TELEFONICA EN LA ENTRADA DEL CIRCUITO REGULADOR DE FASES, SIN EMBARGO LOS SALTOS DE FRECUENCIAS SE REALIZAN RAPIDAMENTE. ANTES DE QUE COMIENCE LA RESINCRONIZACION SE EXPERIMENTA SI EN LA ENTRADA DEL CIRCUITO REGULADOR DE LAS FASES EXISTE UN SALTO DE FASES O UN SALTO DE FRECUENCIAS. CUANDO SE PRODUCE UN SALTO DE FRECUENCIA, LA RESINCRONIZACION QUEDA INICIADA CON UNA GRAN AMPLIFICACION, MIENTRAS QUE AL PRODUCIRSE UN SALTO DE FASES SE REALIZA UNA PEQUEÑA AMPLIFICACION DE BUCLE.
