Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en las máquinas para el hilado continuo de fibras textiles en particular fibras de rayón viscosa que consisten en combinar en la máquina un mecanismo de acumulación y de avance del hilo que comprende un rodillo de tratamiento subdividido en zonas que corresponden a los diversos tratamientos del hilado y permite efectuar por lo menos los tratamientos líquidos necesarios para obtener un hilado acabado y que está inclinado respecto a la horizontal de modo que produzca un movimiento de los líquidos en contracorriente con el movimiento del hilado sobre la superficie del rodillo; un rodillo de avance con el eje inclinado respecto al precedente y que permite hacer avanzar el hilado siguiendo un recorrido helicoidal; órganos de separación entre las diversas zonas del rodillo de tratamiento para mantener los líquidos diversos completamente separador; medios para que el hilado pase por encima de los órganos de separación que se encuentran entre las diversas zonas; medios para conducir los líquidos de tratamiento a posiciones prefijadas con relación a los órganos de separación entre zonas; medios para recoger por separado los líquido que abandonan los rodillos de tratamiento y medios para poder poner en rotación al menos el rodillo de tratamiento a fin de provocar el avance del hilado a lo largo del mecanismo.
