Abstract

This carburettor for a gas burner consists of a chamber for mixing a primary air and a combustible gas, which comprises, in dihedral opposition, an entry opening for the primary air which has means for adjusting its passage section, and an exit opening for the combustible mixture, and an arrangement for multiple injection of the combustible gas which is projected in a direction perpendicular to the direction of gaseous flow. This carburettor applies to vertical- and modular-type burners which are installed in aquo-tubular boilers for heating and hot water, which have a forced draught, allowing work at powers which are below rated power.
