Abstract

Dung-spreader trailer which has its box body in the form of a hopper and which carries, in the central part of the frame, in the longitudinal direction, a continuous conveyor belt which is wider than the actual hopper for entraining the fertiliser which it receives from the hopper as far as the front part of the trailer, the movement of this belt being by means of a pump connected to the tractor, the fertiliser being deposited on the ground directly from the conveyor belt over a trench opened by a roadheader coupled to the tracker, or the fertilisers falling onto a spreader disc which spreads it out by means of centrifugal force, the trailer frame carrying, in its lower part, an adjustable smoothing arrow for closing the furrow opened by the roadheader when the latter has received the fertiliser.
