LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE UN PANTALON DE TELA, NO PRESENTANDO EL PANTALON NINGUNA COSTURA INTERIOR EN LA PIERNA, Y A PANTALONES FABRICADOS CON ESE PROCEDIMIENTO. YA SE CONOCEN PANTALONES QUE NO PRESENTAN COSTURA INTERIOR EN LA PIERNA. SIN EMBARGO, ESTOS PANTALONES ESTAN HECHOS DE GABARDINA, ES DECIR, DE UNA TELA EN LA QUE SE PUEDE FORMAR UNA COSTURA EXTERIOR EN LA PIERNA, QUE DISCURRE COMO RECTA EN LA DIRECCION LONGITUDINAL DE LA PIERNA DEL PANTALON. SI SE INTENTA FABRICAR UN PANTALON DE ESTE TIPO DE UNA TELA VAQUERA TIPICA, COMO POR EJEMPLO DENIM O STRETCH-DENIM, SURGE EL PROBLEMA DE QUE LA COSTURA EXTERIOR DE LA PIERNA COSIDA CONVENCIONALMENTE TIENDE A TORCERSE EN FORMA HELICOIDAL. PARA LA SOLUCION DEL COMETIDO DE FABRICAR UN PANTALON SIN COSTURA INTERIOR EN LA PIERNA DE UN MATERIAL VAQUERO TIPICO COMO, POR EJEMPLO, DENIM O STRETCH-DENIM, SE COSE LA COSTURA EXTERIOR DE LA PIERNA DE LA PIEZA RESPECTIVA CON UNA MAQUINA DE DOBLADILLO. MEDIANTE EL EFECTO ESTABILIZADOR DE LA COSTURA EXTERIOR DE LA PIERNA COSIDA AL MISMO TIEMPO EN DOBLADILLO SE IMPIDE LA TORSION EN FORMA HELICOIDAL DE ESTA COSTURA.
