Abstract

Dispositivo para soporte y removido de botellas, especialmente para vinos espumosos de cava, caracterizada por que está constituida por un bastidor compuesto por una plataforma inferior, unos montantes laterales unidos a dicha plataforma y unos travesaños superiores articulados a los citados montantes, habiendo debajo de la plataforma un eje vertical, en su centro, que permite el giro del bastidor y se relaciona con un chasis inferior curvado, apto para adoptar indistintamente a voluntad dos posiciones estables, una de ellas para reposo y la otra operante, de suerte que en la primera posición se facilita la carga y descarga del bastidor, mientras que en la segunda se comunica a este bastidor la necesaria posición inclinada para las botellas en posición invertida, de modo que dentro del bastidor en cuestión se disponen unos contenedores con botellas de vino espumoso, situados en superposición y debidamente sujetos por los montantes y travesaños mencionados, todo ello en orden a comunicar a dichas botellas el gradual giro alrededor del eje del bastidor durante el proceso de fermentación del vino.
