LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO EN AUTOCLAVE DE MATERIAL POROSO EN PIEZAS, POR MEDIO DE VAPOR DE AGUA QUE ESTA BAJO PRESION, PARA LO CUAL EL PROCESO DE AUTOCLAVE QUE SE REALIZA SUCESIVAMENTE, ABARCA UNA FASE DE CALENTAMIENTO QUE TRABAJA CON VAPOR DE AGUA, UNA FASE DE PARADA Y UNA FASE DE DISTENSION PARA LA PRESION Y PARA LA TEMPERATURA, ABARCANDO LA FASE DE PARADA UN PROCESO DE SECADO, EN EL CUAL EL AUTOCLAVE SUPERANDO LA COMPENSACION DE LAS PERDIDAS DE CALOR Y UNA TEMPERATURA POR ENCIMA DE LA DE EVAPORACION DEL AGUA, CALIENTA INDIRECTAMENTE DE MODO CRECIENTE Y POR ELLO EL MATERIAL SE SECA POR DESCARGA REGULADA DEL MEDIO DE CALENTAMIENTO QUE CONTIENE VAPOR DE AGUA, DEL INTERIOR DEL AUTOCLAVE. PARA OBTENER CON EL EMPLEO DE ENERGIA MINIMO POSIBLE UN PRODUCTO LO MAS SECO POSIBLE, ESTA PREVISTO QUE EL PROCESO DE SECADO EN ESENCIA SE EXTIENDA SOBRE LA TOTALIDAD DE LA FASE DE PARADA, PARA LO CUAL SE CONDUCE TANTO CALOR A UNO O A VARIOS AUTOCLAVES SITUADOS EN LA FASE DE PARADA, QUE SE DESCARGA EL VAPOR DE AGUA NECESARIO PARA UNA FASE DE CALENTAMIENTO Y EN CASO NECESARIO SE EMPLEA DESPUES DE PREVIA ACUMULACION INTERMEDIA PARA TRABAJAR EN UNA FASE DE CALENTAMIENTO.
