LA ROTACION DEL MISMO ES PRODUCIDA POR UNA RUEDA DENTADA (25) ACOPLADA AL MISMO MEDIANTE CHAVETAS (10), QUE ENGRANA CON EL PIÑON (24) DE UNA PISTOLA NEUMATICA (23). EL DESPLAZAMIENTO LINEAL LO PROVOCA UN CILINDRO NEUMATICO (19) MONTADO EN LA PARTE POSTERIOR, CUYO VASTAGO ESTA UNIDO AL EJE MEDIANTE UNA CAZOLETA (14) QUE INDICA MEDIANTE UNA MIRILLA (16), EL DESPLAZAMIENTO DEL MISMO. EL CONJUNTO SE SUSTENTA A UNA GRADA (5), INTRODUCIENDOSE LA PROPIA CARCASA EN UNO DE LOS ORIFICIOS DE LA PIEZA A MECANIZAR, MONTANDO SEGUIDAMENTE EL REDOBLON (6) EN EL EXTREMO DEL EJE, UNA VEZ QUE ESTE HA ATRAVESADO EL ORIFICIO. A CONTINUACION SE HACE GIRAR EL EJE, A LA VEZ QUE SE RETRAE OBTENIENDO EL ESPESOR DE MECANIZADO DESEADO CUANDO EL REDOBLON HACE TOPE CON LA PROPIA CARCASA.
