SE MATERIALIZA MEDIANTE LA ASOCIACION DE UN DISPOSITIVO RESTRICTOR (1) A UN TERMINAL TELEFONICO (2), CONSTITUIDO POR UNA PLACA DE CIRCUITO ELECTRONICO INSERTADA EN EL PROPIO APARATO, QUE RECOGE LA INFORMACION Y REALIZA DETERMINADAS FUNCIONES DE CONTROL SOBRE DICHO TERMINAL TELEFONICO (2), CON LA PARTICULARIDAD DE QUE EL CONJUNTO ES ALIMENTADO A PARTIR DE LA PROPIA LINEA TELEFONICA (3).
