Abstract

A machine which is formed by a small number of reels of mono- or multi-filament nylon thread, of identical or different colours, which are lead to a rotary disc actuated by means of a positioning servosystem with a brushless motor which facilitates the winding around it, a specific number of times, of the aforesaid threads which are subsequently held in position and cut and/or welded by means of devices provided for this purpose in order to produce the various types of tuft, loop or brush, which are taken up by an automatic manipulator by means of two clamps and transferred to the next workstation, the machine being controlled by a microprocessor actuated by a stepwise motor whose signals are sent to a computer for detecting incidents and supplying information.
