Abstract

Método de procucir moldes refratarios para piezas coladas metálicas a partir de un material refractario triturado y un aglutinante producido "insitu" mediante mezcla de dicho material refractario con un silicato alkilico inferior como se define aquí interiormente y un agente ácido acuoso gelificador cuyo método comprende la operación de inflamar el alcohol formado por hidrolisis del aglutinante y que escapa desde todas ls superficies del molde tan pronto como este último se ha endurecido por gelificación hallándose sostenido el molde durante la combustión del citado alcohol de todas las superficies del molde de suerte que la ignición y combustión del alcohol se realice igualmente desde todas las superficies.
