TAMBIEN PUEDE CONSEGUIRSE SELECTIVAMENTE LA DESCARGA TOTAL DE LA CISTERNA. ES DEL TIPO DE MECANISMOS DE DESCARGA EN LOS QUE INTERVIENE UN TUBO REBOSADERO Y UNA MEMBRANA INFERIOR A EL SOLIDARIA, LA CUAL OBTURA EL BROCAL DE DESAGUE DE LA CISTERNA. SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE CONSTA DE UN TUBO REBOSADERO DIVIDIDO EN DOS PARTES INDEPENDIENTES Y CONSECUTIVAS (6,7). LA SUPERIOR (6) TIENE SOLIDARIA EN SU EXTREMO INFERIOR, OTRA MEMBRANA DE CIERRE (8) QUE QUEDA APLICADA SOBRE LA EMBOCADURA DE LA PARTE INFERIOR (7) DE MAYOR DIAMETRO, DEL TUBO REBOSADERO. CADA TRAMO (6,7) DEL TUBO REBOSADERO ESTA VINCULADO A UN MANDO O TIRADOR (9,10) RESPECTIVO, A TRAVES DE LOS CUALES SE CONSIGUE SELECTIVAMENTE LA DESCARGA PARCIAL O LA TOTAL DE LA CISTERNA. AL TIRAR DE UNO DE LOS MANDOS SE LEVANTA UNICAMENTE EL TRAMO SUPERIOR (7)DEL TUBO REBOSADERO, EN TANTO QUE AL TRACCIONAR DEL OTRO MANDO SE LEVANTA SIMULTANEAMENTE EL CONJUNTO DEL TUBO REBOSADERO, PRODUCIENDOSE ASI RESPECTIVAMENTE, LA DESCARGA PARCIAL O LA TOTAL DE LA CISTERNA.
