UTILIZANDO DOBLE CAMARA SE CONSIGUE EL BOMBEO ALTERNADO EN UNA Y OTRA PARA OBTENER UN CAUDAL CONTINUO EN EL EXTERIOR. LA BOMBA DE IMPULSION (1) SE ENCUENTRA SUMERGIDA EN UN POZO Y SUS CAMARAS CONECTADAS CON UN COMPRESOR EXTERIOR (5), MEDIANTE RESPECTIVOS CONDUCTOS (6, 7). LA CAMARAS (3) DE IMPULSION DISPONEN EN SU FONDO DE RESPECTIVAS VALVULAS UNIDIRECCIONALES (4) DE ENTRADA DE AGUA. AL INYECTAR AIRE A PRESION, ENTRANDO POR LA PARTE SUPERIOR, EL AGUA ES EXPULSADA A TRAVES DE UNA VALVULA UNIDIRECCIONAL RESPECTIVA (11) HACIA UN TUBO DE SALIDA (13). UN ELEMENTO DISTRIBUIDOR, CON CONTROL MANUAL O AUTOMATICO MEDIANTE ELECTROVALVULAS (8) Y ORGANO DE GOBIERNO (14, 15) PERMITE EL TRABAJO AUTOMATICO DE BOMBEO. PUEDE INCLUIRSE UN TEMPORIZADOR (14) Y DOS ELECTROVALVULAS (8) DE TRES VIAS, ENCONTRANDOSE UNA DE ELLAS NORMALMENTE ABIERTA Y LA OTRA NORMALMENTE CERRADA. DURANTE LA IMPULSION DE UNA CAMARA, LA OTRA SE COMUNICA CON EL EXTERIOR A TRAVES DEL ESCAPE DE LA ELECTROVALVULA (8) CORRESPONDIENTE. TAMBIEN PUEDE CONSEGUIRSE EL AUTOMATISMO MEDIANTE UN INTERRUPTOR DE MERCURIO CONTROLADO POR UN FLOTADOR Y DISPOSITIVO DE CONTRAPESOS.
