MAQUINA AUTOMATICA PARA PEGAR SUELAS DE CALZADO. ES UNA MAQUINA QUE A DIFERENCIA DE LAS CONVENCIONALES, SE INSTALA EN LA MISMA LINEA DE FABRICACION. COMPRENDE UNA ESTRUCTURA METALICA DETERMINADA POR UNA BASE Y UN PUENTE SUPERIOR, UNIENDOSE AMBOS POR MEDIO DE UNAS COLUMNAS VERTICALES LIGERAMENTE INCLINADAS. EXISTE UNA CAMARA DE PEGADO VINCULADA A UN HUSILLO ASOCIADO AL PUENTE SUPERIOR, DESPLAZANDOSE LA MISMA EN DIRECCION VERTICAL, A TRAVES DE UN MOTOR QUE TRASMITE SU MOVIMIENTO GIRATORIO A UNA TUERCA ACOPLADA AL HUSILLO. POR OTRO LADO, EXISTE UNA MESA O PLATAFORMA QUE SOPORTA AL CALZADO PARA REALIZAR EL PEGADO DE LA SUELA, Y LA CUAL ESTA PARTIDA PARA PERMITIR EL PASO DEL CORRESPONDIENTE PALET, UNIENDOSE ESA MESA A DOS PARES DE PATAS O BRAZOS ARTICULADOS POR SU EXTREMO INFERIOR, A DOS SOPORTES SOLIDARIOS DE SENDOS HUSILLOS ROSCADOS EN UNAS TUERCAS VINCULADAS A LA BASE Y LAS CUALES GIRAN A TRAVES DE UN MOTORREDUCTOR PARA SUBIR Y BAJAR LA MESA CUANDO CORRESPONDA.
