Abstract

Improvements in multiple switches for power distribution cells. The improvements consist of the switch assembly 2 being formed of modules 1 that can be coupled together in juxtaposition, each module consisting of an insulating casing 3 in which the corresponding contacts 4 will be located, having a fixed part and a moving part 5. Metal rings 8 are arranged between the juxtaposed modules 1 which extend into lateral strips 9 together forming an electrical bypass circuit for possible earthleakage currents, when this circuit is connected to the metal envelope 10, which in turn is connected to earth.
