PARA INCREMENTAR LA RESISTENCIA AL DESGASTE DE LOS DIENTES DE LA RUEDA (1), SE INTRODUCE UNA TIRA (2) DE MATERIAL TERMOPLASTICO DA CON FIBRAS DE CARBONO O ALGODON ERACION DE MOLDEO, TENIENDO DICHA TIRA (2) UNA SECCION ORNAMENTADA QUE REPRODUCE EL PERFIL FINAL DE DICHOS DIENTES (1). LA TIRA (2) SE PREFABRICA EN UNA POSICION PLANA Y CON UNA LONGITUD SUFICIENTE PARA CUBRIR TODA LA CIRCUNFERENCIA DE LA RUEDA DENTADA(3). A CONTINUACION, PERMANECE FIRMEMENTE COLOCADA EN EL MOLDE, UNA VEZ QUE HAYA SIDO ELASTICAMENTE DEFORMADA EN UN CIRCULO PARA SER INTRODUCIDA EN EL MISMO.
