It preferably incorporates four washing stations or posts with respective assemblies for selecting circuits for hot water with soapy solution 6, hard water 7 and demineralized water 8, as well as the four pressurized lifting pumps 18. The powdered soap, contained in a hopper 3 is metered out and poured into a constant-level hot-water tank, in a manner dependent upon the number of service posts used. The circuit selector is a group of electrovalves 13, 14, 15 for controlling respective water-supply circuits, combined in a common collector 16.
