LA INVENCION SE REFIERE AL PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ELABORACION FERMENTATIVA Y AISLAMIENTO DE LA CICLOSPORINA A, MEDIANTE LA FERMENTACION AEROBICA DE UNA NUEVA RAIZ DE LAS ESPECIES DE HONGOS SESQUICILLIOPSIS ROSARIENSIS G. ARNOLD, O POR MEDIO DE LA MUTACION Y/O SELECCION DE LAS VARIANTES DE RAICES RESULTANTES. LA BIOSINTESIS SE PRODUCE EN UN MEDIO, EL CUAL CONTIENE SALES AMONICAS COMO UNICA FUENTE DE NITROGENO, ASI COMO CITRATO JUNTO CON OTRAS FUENTES DE CARBONO.
