Abstract

LA VALVULA TIENE POR LO MENOS TRES PASOS EN SU INTERIOR. LOS DOS PRIMEROS PASOS CONDUCEN A LA PRIMERA PARTE DE LA CAMARA. EL TERCER PASO CONDUCE A LA SEGUNDA PARTE DE LA CAMARA. UN EMBOLO SOLENOIDE COLOCADO DENTRO DE LA CAMARA SE UTILIZA PARA CERRAR EL TERCER PASO CUANDO SE DESEE. CUANDO SE USA CON UN ESPECTROMETRO DE MASA, EL TERCER PASO SE CONECTA A UNA ENTRADA DE VACIO DEL ESPECTROMERO DE MASA Y UNA MUESTRA CORRE POR DENTRO Y PRO FUERA DE LA PRIMERA PARTE DE LA CAMARA A TRAVES DE LOS DOS PRIMEROS PASOS. UN COMPONENTE DE INTERES DE LA MUESTRA PUEDE PENETRAR A TRAVES DE LA MEMBRANA DENTRO DE LA SEGUNDA PARTE DE LA CAMARA Y PUEDE FLUIR A TRAVES DEL TERCER PASO HASTA EL ESPECTROMETRO DE MASA.
