Abstract
EN UN PROCESO PARA EL ENFRIAMIENTO DE UNA CARGA DE PIEZAS DENTRO DE UN PROCESO DE TRATAMIENTO TERMICO POR MEDIO DE ENFRIAMIENTO CON GAS, SE AJUSTAN LOS PARAMETROS QUE DETERMINAN EL PROCESO DE ENFRIAMIENTO, POR EJEMPLO, VELOCIDAD Y PRESION DEL GAS DE ENFRIAMIENTO, EN FUNCION DE LAS TEMPERATURAS, LAS CUALES SE HALLAN DURANTE EL PROCESO DE ENFRIAMIENTO. EL ENFRIAMIENTO DE LA CARGA DE PIEZAS SE DEBE AJUSTAR DE TAL FORMA QUE EN UNA SECCION PREFIJADA DE LA PIEZA SE ALCANCE EL RESULTADO DESEADO DEL TRATAMIENTO TERMICO, SIN QUE SEAN NECESARIAS MEDICIONES DE TEMPERATURA EN ESTA O EN OTRA PARTE DE LA PIEZA. PARA ELLO SE REGISTRAN LAS TEMPERATURAS (T1, T2, T3, T0) POR LO MENOS CON UNA SONDA DE MEDICION DE GEOMETRIA DEFINIDA Y MATERIAL DEFINIDO DISPUESTA EN EL ESPACIO DE LA CARGA. CON AYUDA DE UN ORDENADOR SE CALCULA A BASE DE ESTAS TEMPERATURAS (T1, T2, T3, T0) MEDIANTE LA DETERMINACION DE LA DENSIDAD DE CORRIENTE DE CALOR Y DEL PASO DEL CALOR A LA SONDA DE MEDICION, EL CURSO DE LA TEMPERATURA CON ELTIEMPO DENTRO DE LA PIEZA. POR MEDIO DE UN DISPOSITIVO DE COMPARACION REALIZA EL ORDENADOR UNA COMPARACION CONTINUA ENTRE EL CURSO DE TEMPERATURA EFECTIVO (TW,IST) CALCULADO DE ESTA FORMA Y UN CURSO DE TEMPERATURA NOMINAL PREFIJADO (TW,SOLL). LOS PARAMETROS QUE DETERMIMAN EL PROCESO DE ENFRIAMIENTO SE CONTROLAN EN FUNCION DEL RESULTADO DE ESTA COMPARACION. SONDA DE MEDICION:PIEZA: RIAL CALCULO PARA LA SONDA AD DE CORRIENTE TERMICA A LA SUPERFICIE DE CALOR
