LA INVENCION CONCIERNE A UN SUPERVISOR DE MAXIMOS, ESPECIALMENTE PARA EL CALCULO DE TARIFAS, EN DONDE POR PARTE DE UN CONTADOR DE MAXIMOS SE DETERMINA EL CONSUMO PUNTA DE UN CLIENTE MEDIDO EN UN INTERVALO DE MEDIDA PREFIJADO DENTRO DE UN PERIODO DE LIQUIDACION, Y POR PARTE DEL SUPERVISOR DE MAXIMOS SE DESCONECTAN Y SE CONECTAN DE NUEVO OPCIONALMENTE LOS GRUPOS DE CONSUMIDORES PARA CONSERVAR EL VALOR DE CONSUMO PUNTA Y CADA GRUPO DE CONSUMIDORES TIENE ASIGNADO UN VALOR DE EXCESO O DE DEFECTO PREFIJADO EN UN DIAGRAMA DE RENDIMIENTO/TIEMPO DEL VALOR TEORICO (CALCULO INTEGRAL), QUE SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE LA CONEXION Y, DADO EL CASO, TAMBIEN LA DESCONEXION DE CONSUMIDORES ESTAN CONTROLADAS POR UNA TENDENCIA DE ACUERDO CON LAS ETAPAS DE TENDENCIA AJUSTABLES, EN DONDE LA CONEXION TIENE LUGAR CUANDO EL CALCULO DE TENDENCIAS DA COMO RESULTADO UN MARGEN DE RENDIMIENTO LIBRE SUFICIENTEMENTE GRANDE.
