SE DESCRIBE UN PROCESO PARA LAVAR ZEOLITAS, PREFERENTEMENTE INFERIORES EN TAMAÑO A 0.5 MICRONES, CON UN SISTEMA DE MICROFILTRACION QUE EMPLEA UN LIQUIDO DE LAVADO, TAL COMO UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA O AGUA (PREFERENTEMENTE AGUA DESIONIZADA) PARA PRODUCIR CRISTALES DE ZEOLITA QUE TIENEN UN PH DE ZEOLITA DE 9.4 A 10.0. EL PH DE ZEOLITA SE DETERMINA POR UN PROCESO ESPECIAL. EL PROCESO DE LAVADO PREFERENTE INCLUYE: HACER UN MORTERO DE LA ZEOLITA CON AGUA (O UNA APROPIADA SOLUCION DE LAVADO), CONCENTRAR INICIALMENTE EL MORTERO CON UN MICROFILTRO HASTA UNA CONCENTRACION INICIAL PRESELECCIONADA, LAVAR LOS CRISTALES AÑADIENDO EL PREPARADO DE AGUA EN LA MISMA CANTIDAD QUE EL FLUIDO PERDIDO DEBIDO AL FLUJO IMPREGNADO ANTES DE QUE EL PH IMPREGNADO SEA INFERIOR AL VALOR PRESELECCIONADO, PARAR EL FLUJO Y CONCENTRAR EL MORTERO HASTA UNA CONCENTRACION FINAL MAXIMA. UNA MUESTRA DE LA ZEOLITA SE SECA Y SE PRUEBA SU PH, Y SI ESTA DENTRO DE LA GAMA DESEADA, LA CANTIDAD DE MORTERO MAXIMAMENTE CONCENTRADO SE SECA.
