Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO Y UN DISPOSITIVO PARA LA PREVENCION FIABLE DE LA CONTAMINACION DE COLADA DE ACERO A PARTIR DE UN CONVERTIDOR O ESCORIA DE LAVADO. PARA ESTE OBJETIVO SE DISPONE DE UN TAPON (1,8) DE CIERRE DEFORMABLE, PLASTICO, DE MATERIAL A PRUEBA DE FUEGO, CONTENIENDO SILICATO Y COMPONENTES OXIDICOS ASI COMO UTILIZANDO DE UN AGLOMERANTE ADECUADO. LOS TAPONES (1,8) DE CIERRE SON INSERTADOS CON LA AYUDA DE UN DISPOSITIVO DE FIJACION DENTRO DE LA COLADA HASTA QUE SON CERRADOS EN LA SUPERFICIE FRONTAL MEDIANTE UNA PLACA (2,5) DE PERFIL CONICO FLUYENDO VIRTUALMENTE CON EL INTERIOR DEL CONVERTIDOR, O SIENDO UTILIZADOS COMPLETAMENTE OCUPANDO EL DIAMETRO DE LA ABERTURA (10) DE COLADA Y SUMINISTRANDO DE ESTA FORMA UN PLANO TAL, QUE LA ESCORIA DE LAVADO ES GUIADA DE FORMA FIABLE POR ENCIMA DE LA COLADA MIENTRAS QUE SE VUELCA EL CONVERTIDOR. DEBIDO AL PROCESO UTILIZADO, LOS TAPONES (1,8) PLASTICOS SE AJUSTAN CON UN CAMPO AMPLIO DE DIAMETROS DE ABERTURA. LOS TAPONES (1,8) SON ELIMINADOS RAPIDAMENTE A PARTIR DE ACERO FUNDIDO FLUYENDO FUERA DEL CANAL (5) DE EMBUDO DE TAL FORMA QUE EL ACERO FLUYE DENTRO DE LA VIA DE COLADA.
