LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UNA APLICACION DE MARCADO PARA UNA HERRAMIENTA DE FUNDICION DE INYECCION CON UN CASQUILLO QUE DISPONE DE UNA RECEPCION CILINDRICA Y CON UN CUERPO DE MARCADO SUJETO PREVIAMENTE EN DIRECCION AXIAL Y APOYADO DE FORMA GIRATORIA EN LA RECEPCION. EL PROBLEMA TECNICO ES LA SITUACION DE PREPARACION DE UNA APLICACION DE MARCADO, CUYO CUERPO DE MARCADO ESTA CENTRADO Y GUIADO DE FORMA ESTABLE, REPRODUCIENDOSE CON ELLO EL MARCADO DESEADO SIEMPRE DE FORMA EXACTA Y REPRODUCIBLE CORRECTAMENTE EN LA POSICION. ADEMAS DEBE PODER SER DESMONTADO EL CUERPO DE MARCADO INDIVIDUAL A TRAVES DE UN MOVIMIENTO DE ROSCADO GIRATORIO EN UN PROCEDO DE DESENROSCADO EN LA CARA DEL MOLDE. LA RECEPCION DISPONE DE UN SALIENTE (3) INTERNO PARA EL CABEZAL (17), UN PASO (4) CONECTADO PARA EL MANGO (18) DEL CUERPO (16) DE MARCADO Y UNA CAMARA (7) DE SEIS CANTOS EN EL LADO DEL PIE PARA UNA TUERCA (12) DE SEIS CANTOS, PORTANDO EL MANGO (18) DEL CUERPO (16) DE MARCADO UNA ROSCA (19) DE PIE CON DIAMETRO MAYORQUE EL MANGO (18).
