UN DISPOSITIVO DE MEJORA DEL TRANSITO DE SEÑALES CONSTA DE UN CIRCUITO DE RETARDO (1-13) QUE RECIBE UNA SEÑAL DE ENTRADA (C) Y QUE TIENE UNA SALIDA QUE SUMINISTRA UNA SEÑAL DE SALIDA QUE NO SE RETARDA, SE RETARDA POR UNA PROPORCION CONTROLABLE O SE ADELANTA POR UNA PROPORCION CONTROLABLE CON RESPECTO A LA SEÑAL DE ENTRADA CUANDO ESTA ES RETARDADA POR UNA PROPORCION DETERMINADA (T3), Y UN CIRCUITO DE CONTROL (15, 23) PARA CONTROLAR EL CIRCUITO DE RETARDO (1-13). EL CIRCUITO DE CONTROL (15-23) CALCULA LA SEGUNDA DERIVADA DE LA SEÑAL DE ENTRADA (C) PARA OBTENER UNA SEÑAL DE CONTROL, CUYO SIGNO INDICA SI LA SEÑAL VA A SER NO RETARDADA, RETARDADA O AVANZADA, MIENTRAS LA AMPLITUD DE LA SEÑAL DE CONTROL INDICA LA PROPORCION POR LA CUAL LA SEÑAL DE ENTRADA VA A RETARDARSE O AVANZARSE.
