LOS GRANULADOS SE PRODUCEN A PARTIR DE SUS SOLUCIONES ACUOSAS Y/O SUSPENSIONES, MEDIANTE GRANULACION DE GRANULADO DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO EN UN GAS DE FLUIDIZACION CALIENTE EN LA ZONA DE PRESION NORMAL. SE UTILIZA VAPOR SOBRECALENTADO COMO AGENTE FLUIDIZANTE Y SE EVACUA EL GRANULADO A PARTIR DEL DISPOSITIVO DE GRANULACION ANTES DE QUE SE PRODUZCA EL RIESGO DE QUE SEA DAÑADO MEDIANTE EXPOSICION AL CALOR. SI SE REQUIERE, LA SOLTURA ESTABLE AL ALMACENAMIENTO Y LA CAPACIDAD DE FLUIR DE LA SUSTANCIA PARCIALMENTE SECADA SE ASEGURA MEDIANTE LA ADMINISTRACION DE COMPONENTES CON CAPACIDAD DE ENLACE DE CANTIDADES LIMITADAS DE AGUA Y/O MEDIANTE UN TRATAMIENTO SUBSECUENTE.
