LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE ELABORACION DE UNA COMPOSICION DE RECUBRIMIENTO ACUOSA QUE CONTIENE UNA RESINA EPOXIDO, CONTENIENDO GRUPOS CARBOXILO, CON UN INDICE DE ACIDEZ EN LA ZONA DESDE 5 A 200 MG KOH/G Y UN EQUIVALENTE EPOXIDO EN LA ZONA DESDE 1000 HASTA 40 000, JUNTAMENTE CON SUS AGENTES DE RETICULACION DE FORMA OPCIONAL, DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS, O EVENTUALMENTE LOS ELEMENTOS AUXILIARES Y ADITIVOS USUALES, ASI COMO LOS ELEMENTOS DE RELLENO Y PIGMENTOS OPCIONALES. LA SOLUCION DE AGLOMERANTE ORGANICO ES NEUTRALIZADA UTILIZANDO UNA AMINA TERCIARIA A UNA TEMPERATURA EN LA ZONA DESDE 60 ACUOSA DE MODO QUE AL MENOS EL 95 % DE LOS GRUPOS EPOXIDO HAN SIDO REACCIONADOS EN LA RESINA EPOXIDO. LAS COMPOSICIONES DE RECUBRIMIENTO ACUOSAS PRODUCIDAS MEDIANTE ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO SON UTILIZADAS PREFERENTEMENTE PARA EL RECUBRIMIENTO DE LATAS.
