PARA ELLO SE VIERTE LA DISOLUCION (LA) EN UNA COLUMNA DE CROMATOGRAFIA (CS) QUE CONTIENE UNA SUSTANCIA DE RELLENO (FS), QUE PRESENTA UNA CONSTANTE COMPLEJA MENOR QUE LOS IONES METALICOS ALTAMENTE COMPLEJOS, Y UNA CONSTANTE DE COMPLEJO MAYOR QUE LOS IONES METALICOS DEBILMENTE COMPLEJOS EN LA DISOLUCION (LA). CON ELLO CONTIENE LA DISOLUCION (LC), OBTENIDA DE LA COLUMNA DE CROMATOGRAFIA (CS), TAN SOLO COMPLEJOS METALICOS QUE PRESENTAN UNA CONSTANTE DE COMPLEJO MAYOR QUE LA DE LAS SUSTANCIAS DE RELLENO (FS), EN LA COLUMNA DE CROMATOGRAFIA (CS). LA CONCENTRACION (C) DEL COMPLEJO METALICO EN LA DISOLUCION (LC), ES DETERMINADA A CONTINUACION CON AYUDA DE UN APARATO DE MEDICION (AA3). SI SE TIENE QUE DETERMINAR LA CONCENTRACION DE LOS IONES METALICOS LIGERAMENTE UNIDOS EN LA DISOLUCION (LA), ENTONCES SE FILTRA ESTA EN UN FILTRO (F), Y TAN SOLO DESPUES SE VIERTE EN LA COLUMNA DE CROMATOGRAFIA (CS). LA DISOLUCION (LB) OBTENIDA POR EL FILTRADO, CUYA CONCENTRACION DE IONES METALICOS (B), ES DETERMINADA CON AYUDA DE UN APARATO DE MEDICION (AA2), PUEDE CALCULARSE LA CONCENTRACION DE LOS IONES METALICOS LIGERAMENTE COMPLEJOS, AL ESTABLECER LA DIFERENCIA DE LAS CONCENTRACIONES (B) Y (C).
