CON ELLO CONTIENE LA DISOLUCION (LC), OBTENIDA DE LA COLUMNA DE CROMATOGRAFIA (CS), TAN SOLO COMPLEJOS METALICOS QUE PRESENTAN UNA CONSTANTE DE COMPLEJO MAYOR QUE LA DE LAS SUSTANCIAS DE RELLENO (FS), EN LA COLUMNA DE CROMATOGRAFIA (CS). LA CONCENTRACION (C) DEL COMPLEJO METALICO EN LA DISOLUCION (LC), ES DETERMINADA A CONTINUACION CON AYUDA DE UN APARATO DE MEDICION (AA3).
