Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA REGULACION DE ACUERDO CON EL PROCESO DE UNA INSTALACION PARA RECUBRIMIENTO DE OBJETOS EN FORMA DE BANDA, DONDE UNA BANDA METALICA SE GUIA A TRAVES DE UN RECIPIENTE QUE RECIBE EL MATERIAL DE RECUBRIMIENTO FUNDIDO. EN LA FIGURA 2 SE CARACTERIZA CON EL 1 LA BANDA A SER RECUBIERTA, QUE DISCURRE A TRAVES DEL RECIPIENTE 2 DESDE ABAJO HACIA ARRIBA. EL RECIPIENTE 2 ESTA RELLENO CON EL MATERIAL DE RECUBRIMIENTO EN FORMA DE COLADA LIQUIDA, POR EJEMPLO ZINC, A TRAVES DEL CUAL LA BANDA 1 ES GUIADA POR EL CANAL 3 DE PASO, QUE ABARCA EN TODOS LOS LADOS LA BANDA 1. PARA IMPEDIR QUE EL MATERIAL DE RECUBRIMIENTO EN FORMA DE COLADA FUNDIDA DISCURRA FUERA DEL RECIPIENTE 2, EL CANAL DE GUIA ESTA RODEADO DE LOS INDUCTORES 4 Y 5, QUE GENERAN UN CAMPO DE ONDA PROGRESIVA EN FORMA CONOCIDA, CON LO QUE SE EVITA COMO CONSECUENCIA DE LA FUERZA ELECTROMAGNETICA DEL MATERIAL DE RECUBRIMIENTO CUALQUIER PROCESO DE FLUORENCIA HACIA EL EXTERIOR. DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCIONEL CAMPO DE ONDA PROGRESIVA ELECTROMAGNETICO SE ALIMENTA AL MENOS POR MEDIO DE UN VIBRADOR CON SEÑALES DE SALIDA, CUYA FRECUENCIA ES CAMBIABLE Y/O CUYA AMPLITUD Y FORMA SON AJUSTABLES.
