LAS CENIZAS DE DICHAS IMPUREZAS, CONTIENEN SIO SUB 2 COMO CONSTITUYENTE PRIMARIO, SE TRATAN CON ADITIVOS PARA VESTIR EL COMPUESTO DE MATERIAL DE ALIMENTACION. EL PROCESAMIENTO TERMICO, QUE INCLUYE LA FUNDICION, EL ENFRIAMIENTO RAPIDO Y RECOCIDO SUBSIGUIENTE PRODUCEN UNA MICROESTRUCTURA DE VIDRIO CRISTALIZADO EN EL QUE LOS CRISTALES EN FORMA DE AGUJAS DE ANORTITA Y DE (BETA)-WOLASNITA SE INFILTRAN CON UN MATERIAL VITREO.
