EL OBJETO DE LA PRESENTA INVENCION ES LA RECUPERACION DE COQUILLAS DE COBRE 6 DE UNA SOLA PIEZA, CONVERTIDAS POR DESGASTE EN INSERVIBLES, PARA LA COLADA CONTINUA DE ACERO. ES CONOCIDA LA EROSION DE LAS PAREDES INTERIORES HASTA LA PROFUNDIDAD DEL DESGASTE. COMO RESULTADO, LA COQUILLA (6) ES MAS DELGADA QUE ANTES, DE TAL MODO QUE FINALMENTE POR MOTIVOS TERMICOS Y MOTIVOS DE FABRICACION YA NO PUEDE SER UTILIZADA. DEBIDO A LA INVENCION, LA COQUILLA 6 SE RECUPERA EN TODAS SUS MEDIDAS, IGUALES A LAS QUE TENIA EN SU ORIGEN, EN EL QUE PRIMERAMENTE LAS PAREDES EXTERIORES DE LA COQUILLA SE REVISTE DE COBRE, POSTERIORMENTE SE INTRODUCE UNA PUA DE ACUERDO CON LA MEDIDA INTERIOR 2 DE LA COQUILLA 6 EN LA COQUILLA 6 Y ESTA ULTIMA SE TIRA A TRAVES DE UNA TOBERA, DE FORMA QUE LA PARED INTERIOR SE APOYA EN LA PUA Y SU LONGITUD SE AMPLIA 5, EN EL QUE LA MEDIDA INTERIOR 2 Y LA MEDIDA EXTERIOR 1 COINCIDAN CON LAS MEDIDAS ORIGINALES. FINALMENTE SE ACORTA TODAVIA EL LARGO, DE MODO QUE TAMBIEN SE HA RECUPERADO LAMEDIDA DE LA LONGITUD.
