Un dispositivo de sondeo ultrasonoro para medir y controlar simultáneamente la posición de la traína durante la pesca y la del pescado caracterizado porque la colocación sobre el ingenio de pesca flotante o de fondo de un dispositivo de sondeo ultrasonoro que funciona por impulsos y que está conectado para la emisión y recepción ultrasonora a la instalación de sonda a bordo del barco constituyendo dicha instalación de sondeo a bordo un aparato de medida y de control de la posición del ingenio de pesca indicando siempre simultáneamente la posición del pescado.
