EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE SEGMENTACION DEL CAMPO DE MOVIMIENTO SEGUN EL INVENTO CONSISTE EN FORMAR UN CAMPO DE MOVIMIENTO POR BLOQUES A PARTIR DE VECTORES MOVIMIENTOS ASIGNADOS A PIXELS DE IMAGEN, DESPUES EN EFECTUAR UN TRATAMIENTO DEL CAMPO DE VECTORES POR BLOQUES PARA EXTRAER DE DICHO CAMPO UN CONJUNTO DE VECTORES DE MOVIMIENTO DIMINANTES, POR ELIMINACION DE LOS VECTORES PROXIMOS, PARA CONSERVAR UNICAMENTE UNOS REPRESENTANTES DE LAS CLASES DE MOVIMIENTO ALARGADOS; ENTONCES SE REASIGNA UN VECTOR DE ESTE CONJUNTO REDUCIDO DE VECTORES DOMINANTES A CADA BLOQUE, Y EL CAMPO RESULTANTE, TRAS EL FILTRAJE TEMPORAL SE UTILIZA PARA LA CODIFICACION DE LA IMAGEN POR CODIFICACION "QUAD-TREE".
