LOW MOISTURE COLLECTION REDUCES THE DEGRADATION OF THE TENSION RESISTANCE OF THE MATERIAL NORMALLY RESULTING FROM THE HUMIDIFICATION AND DRYING OF NONWOVEN SUBSTRATES. IN AN ASPECT OF THE INVENTION, THE UNTREATED SIDE REMAINS HYDROPHOBIC, PRODUCING AN "ONE-WAY VALVE" EFFECT.
