THE CHEMICAL ADDITIVE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR MAKING PAPER INCLUDES THE STEPS OF DILUTING THE CHEMICAL ADDITIVE TO MAKE PAPER WITH A SUITABLE SOLVENT, APPLYING THE CHEMICAL SOLUTION DILUTED TO A HOT TRANSFER SOLUTION, EVAPORATING THE SOLUTION FOR SOLVENT AND THEN TRANSFER THE FILM TO THE FABRIC BY MAKING IT CONTACT THE DRY COIL OF THE FABRIC WITH THE HEATED TRANSFER SURFACE. PREFERABLY THE COIL, OF TISSUE DRIES, AT A HUMIDITY LEVEL BELOW ITS BALANCING MOISTURE CONTENT, BEFORE THE APPLICATION OF THE ADDITIVE TO MAKE PAPER.
