LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE ENERGIA ELECTRICA POR EL MOVIMIENTO ROTATIVO DE LOS EJES DE VEHICULOS, ESPECIALMENTE EN VEHICULOS FERROVIARIOS, MEDIANTE LA DISPOSICION DE UN GENERADOR, EN EL QUE SE DETERMINA, JUNTO A LA PRODUCCION DE LA ENERGIA ELECTRICA, LAS REVOLUCIONES DE CADA EJE.
