Abstract
The prosthesis comprises a hollow, flexible and inflatable capsule which has, securely joined to it, a tubular element of small diameter for the introduction of a swelling fluid for filling the capsule, said fluid containing a radiological contrast medium so that it is possible to monitor it by means of radiological visualization. The process comprises the introduction of the flexible capsule in a folded position via the inside of a surrounding rigid tube which serves as an introduction guide, swelling fluid then being introduced inside the capsule by means of its tubular element of small diameter.
