LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA DETERMINACION DEL CONTENIDO EN ANDROSTENONA EN TEJIDOS GRASOS EN UN TIEMPO DE REALIZACION CORTO, DONDE SE PROPONE LOS SIGUIENTES PROCESOS DE DETERMINACION ASI COMO UN DISPOSITIVO ADECUADO PARA ELLO: (A) LICUACION DE UNA MUESTRA DE TEJIDO GRASO MEDIANTE CALENTAMIENTO SOBRE UNA TEMPERATURA DADA PREVIAMENTE EN LA ZONA DESDE 45 HASTA 60 GRASA LIQUIDA CON UN DISOLVENTE SOLUBLE EN AGUA PARA LA ANDROSTENONA EN LA TEMPERATURA DE LA GRASA LIQUIDA; (C) ENFRIAMIENTO DE LA MEZCLA DISOLVENTE/GRASA SOBRE UNA TEMPERATURA DADA PREVIAMENTE, DONDE LA PORCION ESENCIAL DE LA GRASA DISUELTA EN EL DISOLVENTE SE SEPARA POR UNA PARTE A PARTIR DE LA SOLUCION Y POR OTRA PARTE LA PORCION RESTANTE DE LA ANDROSTENONA DISUELTA EN LA FASE DE DISOLVENTE PERMANECE DISUELTA EN EL DISOLVENTE; (D) EXTRACCION DE UNA CANTIDAD DEFINIDA DE LA FASE DE DISOLVENTE QUE CONTIENE ANDROSTENONA Y DILUCION EN UNA RELACION DADA PREVIAMENTE CON UNA SOLUCION AMORTIGUADORA ACUOSA TOLERABLE PARA EL PROCESO DE DETERMINACION UTILIZADO; (E) DETERMINACION DEL CONTENIDO EN ANDROSTENONA DE LA FASE DE SOLUCION AMORTIGUADORA/DISOLVENTE POR MEDIO DE REACCIONES DE COMPROBACION INMUNOLOGICAS CONOCIDAS COMPETITIVAS.
