Abstract

Un aparato de asar que incluye una estructura de calentador, unos medios interruptores de conexión-desconexión asociados con dicha estructura de calentador y manejables para iniciar y terminar operaciones de asar, unos medios de conmutador termostático conectados en un circuito con dicha estructura de calentador y destinados, durante cada operación de asar, a conectar y desconectar cíclicamente en función de la potencia suministrada a la estructura de calentador, y un mecanismo de control para regular la duración de cada operación de asar iniciada, comprendiendo dicho control unos medios de leva co.operables con dichos medios interruptores de conexión-desconexión, siendo dichos medios de leva ajustables manualmente en varias posiciones para hacer que dichos medios interruptores de conexión-desconexión inicien operaciones de asar de diferentes duraciones, y teniendo otra posición para hacer que los medios interruptores de conexión-desconexión terminen la operación de asar iniciada últimamente, y unos medios de movimiento intermitente o por pasos, asociados con dichos medios de leva para mover estos últimos por pasos desde la posición respectiva ajustada manualmente, a dicha otra posición de los mismos en función de dicha potencia suministrada a la estructura de calentador, estando dichos medios de movimiento intermitente aislados respecto de los movimientos de dicha estructura de calentador resultantes de la dilatación y la contracción térmicas de ella.
