Abstract
DEBEN SER ELABORADOS EXTRUSIONADOS CON ALTA DENSIDAD BAJO PRESION, DONDE SE PRESIONA UNA MEZCLA SOLIDA HOMOGENEA EN ESTA PRESION EN FORMA DE MADEJA Y LA MADEJA SE CORTA DESPUES DEL PROCESO DE LAMINACION, CUANDO APARECE A PARTIR DEL MOLDE DE ORIFICIO POR MEDIO DE UN DISPOSITIVO DE CORTE SOBRE UNA DIMENSION DE GRANULACION PREVIAMENTE DETERMINADA. DEBEN AUMENTAR TANTO LA PRESION COMO EL TRABAJO ESPECIFICO EN LA ELEVACION DE LA CARGA DE TRABAJO DE FORMA NO ESENCIAL. ESTO SE CONSIGUE DE TAL MODO, QUE LA MEZCLA PREVIA A SER EXTRUSIONADA SE UTILIZA EN UN SISTEMA DE AUTORREGULACION A PARTIR DE COMPONENTES DE RECEPCION, QUE ACTUAN CON ESTRUCTURA VISCOSA EN LAS CONDICIONES DEL PROCEDIMIENTO Y CON COMPONENTES DE RECEPCION DE EFECTO DILATANTE. DE AQUI, EN TERMINOS MACROSCOPICOS, NO SE REALIZA CAMBIO EN LA PRESION EN LOS COMPONENTES DE FORMA SUFICIENTE PARA AFECTAR ESENCIALMENTE AL CAMBIO EN EL TRABAJO ESPECIFICO. LA EXTRUSION SIN EMBARGO PUEDE SER INCREMENTADA EN UN SISTEMA DADO CON APROXIMADAMENTE LAMISMA TEMPERATURA O EN EL MISMO CAMPO DE TEMPERATURAS SEGUN SE HA INCREMENTADO ANTERIORMENTE EN EL PASO ADECUADO (CONSTANCIA APROXIMADA DE TEMPERATURA). COMO RESULTADO PUEDEN SER EXTRUSIONADOS, SIN EMBARGO MEDIANTE ELEVACION DE LA CARGA, TAMBIEN COMPONENTES SENSIBLES A LA TEMPERATURA, POR EJEMPLO AGENTES BLANQUEADORES PEROXI.
