Abstract

The electrical equipment has a flap seal (19) which extends on to the upper surface of the cover (16) and the seal (17) between the cover and the casing is supported on the cover. The cover has a passage (34) to allow the seals to be moulded in a single piece. The cover has a collar (24) around a well (25) at the bottom (26) of which is the mechanism. The seal extends in contact with the collar as far as its base. The cover and flap seals are connected by a bridge (40) which corresponds to the lower surface of the cover and by a skirt (38) along its inner side. Closure holes in the cover for screws or whatever are individually sealed.
