PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UN CATALIZADOR PORTADOR PARA LA POLIMERIZACION DE -OLEFINAS; EN EL QUE SE PRODUCE UN (1) GEL PORTADOR CONTENIENDO UN DIOXIDO DE SILICIO, EN DONDE (1,1) EN UNA CORRIENTE PRODUCIDA BAJO TORSION SE APLICA PARALELAMENTE UN ACIDO MINERAL ACUOSO ASI COMO TANGENCIALMENTE A LA CORRIENTE UNA SOLUCION DE SILICATO DE POTASA O SILICATO SODICO, QUE PULVERIZA EN FORMA DE GOTAS EL HIDROSOL DE ACIDO SILICIO EN UN MEDIO GASEOSO, PARA SOLIDIFICAR HIDROGEL Y SE ELIMINA DE SALES EL HIDROGEL OBTENIDO SIN MADURACION ANTERIOR A TRAVES DE LAVADO (1, 2) SE SECA EL HIDROGEL RESULTANTE DE (1, 1), POR LO QUE SE EFECTUA LA FORMACION DEL GEL PORTADOR Y (2), EL GEL PORTADOR (1) SE CARGA CON TRIOXIDO DE CROMO O UN COMPUESTO DE CROMO TRANSFORMABLE EN TRIOXIDO DE CROMO EN CONDICIONES DE LA ETAPA (3) DE PROCEDIMIENTO, POR LO QUE SE PRODUCE UN GEL PORTADOR CONTENIENDO CROMO Y (3) EL GEL (2) PORTADOR CON UN CONTENIDO DE CROMO SE CALIENTA ENTRE 400 Y 1.100 C Y DURANTE 10 A 100 MINUTOS CON UNOXIGENO LIBRE DE AGUA Y CON UNA CONCENTRACION SUPERIOR AL 10% VOLUMEN SEGUN LA CORRIENTE DE GAS.
