LA INVENCION TAMBIEN SE REFIERE A UN METODO PARA PREPARAR PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS RICOS EN FIBRAS LISTOS PARA SE USADOS QUE TIENEN UN SABOR AGRADABLE. MEDIANTE EL METODO PUEDEN PREPARARSE PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS QUE TIENEN UN ALTO CONTENIDO DE FIBRA DIETETICA Y QUE SON SABROSOS, NO PERECEDEROS Y NUTRICIONALMENTE BENEFICIOSOS, MEDIANTE LA FERMENTACION CONTROLADA POR MEDIO DE MICROORGANISMOS QUE TIENEN PROPIEDADES UTILES DESDE EL PUNTO DE VISTA DE LA TECNOLOGICA, LA SALUD Y EL PRODUCTO FINAL.
