Abstract
UN METODO PARA PRODUCIR PUNTAS ABRASIVAS EN PALETAS DE ROTOR DE COMPRESORES O TURBINAS MEDIANTE DEPOSICION ELECTROLITICA O SIN ELECTRICIDAD EN EL CUAL AL MENOS PARTE DEL PROCESO DE DEPOSICION SE LLEVA A CABO EN LAS PALETAS ENSAMBLADAS EN UN DISCO ROTOR DE COMPRESOR O TURBINA. LAS PUNTAS SE FORMAN POR TANTO EN LAS PALETAS DESPUES DE PONERLAS EN SUS POSICIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO FINALES EN EL DISCO PARA QUE EL DESENSAMBLAJE SUBSECUENTE QUE HA SIDO NECESARIO HASTA ESTOS MOMENTOS SE EVITE. EL ENSAMBLAJE ESTA MONTADO PREFERIBLEMENTE CON SU EJE DE ROTACION HORIZONTAL Y LA DEPOSICION PUEDE ESTAR ACOMPAÑADA POR LA VIBRACION DEL ENSAMBLAJE EN DIRECCION VERTICAL.A METHOD FOR PRODUCING ABRASIVE TIPS ON COMPRESSOR OR TURBINE ROTOR PALLETS THROUGH ELECTROLYTIC OR NO ELECTRICITY DEPOSITION WHICH IS AT LEAST PART OF THE DEPOSITION PROCESS CARRIED OUT ON COMPRESSOR ROTOR PADS. THE TIPS ARE THEREFORE FORMED ON THE PALLETS AFTER PUTTING THEM IN THEIR FINAL OPERATING POSITIONS ON THE DISC SO THAT SUBSEQUENT DISASSEMBLY THAT HAS BEEN NECESSARY UNTIL THESE MOMENTS IS AVOIDED. THE ASSEMBLY IS PREFERABLY MOUNTED WITH ITS HORIZONTAL ROTATION AXIS AND THE DEPOSITION MAY BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE VIBRATION OF THE ASSEMBLY IN A VERTICAL DIRECTION.
