EL DISPOSITIVO COMPRENDE UNA CONEXION DE CORTOCIRCUITO; UN CONMUTADOR BIPOLAR DE DOS DIRECCIONES CON DOS CONTACTOS FIJOS Y DOS CONTACTOS MOVILES QUE PUEDEN ENCHUFARSE ALTERNATIVAMENTE BIEN A LOS CABLES ELECTRICOS O BIEN A LA CONEXION DE CORTOCIRCUITO RESPECTIVAMENTE; Y DOS ELECTRODOS ENCHUFADOS RESPECTIVAMENTE A LOS CONTACTOS FIJOS, ESTANDO LAS CARAS CONDUCTORAS DE LOS ELECTRODOS DISPUESTAS BASICAMENTE UNA FRENTE A LA OTRA CUANDO LOS ELECTRODOS SE DISPONEN EN EL SUELO.
