Adaptador especial para micrómetros, que se caracteriza por el hecho de estar constituido por un brazo acodado en ángulo recto, en uno de cuyos extremos se determina un anillo destinado a adaptarse en la zona frontal del estribo del micrómetro, mientras que en el extremo opuesto vienen previstos medios para acoplar a éste de quita y pon un brazo recto en el que es característico el hecho de que en su extremo libre se configura una extensión circular centralmente atravesada por un orificio pasante de amplitud apta para el paso del elemento a medir, rectilíneamente alineado con la prolongación virtual del vástago roscado del micrómetro, pudiendo ser discrecionalmente acopladas entre los dos referidos brazos recto y acodado una o más piezas auxiliares complementarias de quita y pon destinadas a modificar el campo o amplitud de medida del instrumento.
