SI LA ROTURA SE PRODUCE DENTRO DE UN CILINDRO HERMETICAMENTE CERRADO, LA EMISION DE VAPORES DE MERCURIO ESTA CONTROLADA Y PUEDE IMPEDIRSE MEDIANTE LA ADSORCION DE ESTOS VAPORES EN UNA TORRE DE ADSORCION RELLENA DE PLATA METALICA QUE AMALGAMA EL MERCURIO.
