Abstract

Plancha matriz para una sierra, como p. ej. una sierra circular o una sierra alternativa, una muela cortadora, una herramienta de corte o de rasqueteado, fabricada de un material de base, que consiste en un acero de base cementado a partir de su cara externa, caracterizado porque, el acerode base está cementado con un contenido en carbono base de 0,1 a 0,26 % de tal forma que el acero base presenta como mínimo a partir de una de sus caras exteriores una zona enriquecida con el 0,6 hasta el 1,1 % de carbono, la cual al ir disminuyendo el contenido de carbono se transforma en una zona no cementada, debido a lo cual, el material de base posee una estructura de sandwich, la cual está formada por lo menos por una zona cementada y una zona no cementada.
